DDCSE (V.I.) Alumni Association
Rules and Regulations
The DDC Alumni Association is actively working since 2010 which started with 50 members and is now standing tall with more than 300 members. The pledge taken by all the members of DDC Alumni is to take the legacy of this college forward., exchange of knowledge and experience, create awareness about current scenario of Special Education in the country and abroad.
The main objectives of the association are as follows:
Rules and Regulations
There are some rules and regulations for the members of the association to which they members have to abid by. They are as follows.
Previous Alumni Meet:
Previous alumni meet was held on Sunday 14.07.2024, It was an incredible reunion of alumni, students and faculty members. Alumni started arriving at 10 AM and they were received by the registration team and they have been asked to fill the registration form. The Alumni Meet started with a welcome address by the alumni association President Sh. Prakash Mishra. The meeting was graced by the Principal Dr. Sudeep Kumar Dubey. DDC of Special Education would like to thank the honorable Chief Guest Sh. K.C. Pandey and Guest of Honour Prof. Vandana Saxena, Central Institute of Education, University of Delhi, graced the occasion with their presence. Experiences were shared on how alumni working in different Government and Private schools are facing challenges on regular teachers part while dealing with students having special needs.
Post lunch, the new president election initiated. The designated selected members were-
President- Ms. Swati Sharma
Vice President- Ms. Shivangi Mahajan
Secretary- Ms. Kanta
Treasurer- Mr.Santosh Kumar
Alumni also interacted with the students and gave motivational talk regarding preparing for higher studies and placements. Students asked many questions regarding placements and the alumni shared their views. Fun activities were also planned for the alumni which included tug of war. It was a fun filled day which revived the memories of college in just a few hours.
